Seating
The Suburban has a 2-3-3 seating configuration, meaning it can seat up to eight passengers. The driver’s seat has 8-way power adjustments that include forward/back, up/down, recline, and lumbar positioning. The front passenger seat has 6-way manual adjustments, including forward/back, up/down, and recline.
The second and third rows in the Suburban are both split bench seats that can be reconfigured for cargo and passenger versatility. On the Premier and High Country trims, the second row has two bucket seats, reducing your Suburban’s seating capacity to seven passengers.
Cabin
Tri-zone automatic climate control keeps everyone as comfortable as possible in the 2025 Suburban. This climate system divides the interior into three individual zones with their own temperature settings.
The Suburban also has a cargo management system with adjustable dividers to organize and secure luggage, groceries, and other items. Other convenient interior features in the new Suburban include a front center console with storage, cupholders, and USB charging ports, an 11-inch driver information center, Remote Start, and adaptive cruise control.
Technology
Inside the 2025 Suburban, there’s an LCD screen that measures 17.7 inches diagonally with features like Google built-in compatibility, SiriusXM satellite radio, and wireless smartphone integration. Install Google built-in for a range of great functions, like Google Maps and Google Assistant. With the Suburban’s free trial subscription to SiriusXM, you can enjoy hundreds of exclusive music, news, and sports stations.
Wireless smartphone integration allows you to make phone calls and send text messages through your Suburban’s infotainment system. Use Apple CarPlay or Android Auto to sync your phone to the SUV. From there, you can use natural voice recognition to make and receive phone calls without ever taking your hands off the wheel.
Safety
The new Chevy Suburban comes equipped with many driver-assistance functions that can increase your safety on the road, including Intersection Automatic Emergency Braking, Side Bicyclist Alert, Blind Zone Steering Assist, and Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning. The Suburban also comes with seven airbags, Teen Driver, Buckle to Drive, Hill Start Assist, Safety Alert Seat, and StabiliTrak electronic stability control.
Performance
A 5.3L V8 engine and a 10-speed automatic transmission work together to power the Chevy Suburban. This duo generates an incredible 355 horsepower at 5600 rpm and 383 lb.-ft. of torque at 4100 rpm. To reduce your fuel usage, the new Suburban has automatic stop/start technology, which shuts your engine down at complete stops and restarts it once you let off the brake.
