The legendary Chevy Silverado has an electric sibling that brings the efficiency and instant torque of electric energy to an already capable pickup. For 2025, more batteries and more trims have been added to the lineup, creating better range and greater versatility. Let’s explore the 2025 Chevy Silverado EV in greater detail.

Explore the 2025 Chevy Silverado EV: The Future of Electric Muscle

Big Power, Big Range

Three batteries provide varying levels of power and range to suit varying needs. The Standard Range battery, available in the base Work Truck (WT) trim, delivers up to 510 horsepower and 615 lb-ft of torque, with an EPA-estimated range of 282 miles. The Extended Range battery can be had on any of the Silverado EV’s three trims. In the new mid-range LT trim, it allows up to 645 horsepower and 765 lb-ft of torque.

With the Max Range battery, the top-tier RST trim produces up to 760 horsepower and 785 lb-ft of torque with Wide Open Watts mode. This allows the truck to launch from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds. All Silverado EV models support DC fast charging up to 350 kW, enabling 100 miles of range to be regained in just 10 minutes.

Versatile Interior

The interior layout of the Silverado EV reflects the different priorities of each trim. The WT trim maintains a clean, minimalistic interior that prioritizes ease of use and durability for work applications, featuring synthetic leather upholstery, manually adjustable seats, and manual air conditioning. Thanks to the flat floor, the cabin offers plenty of passenger and storage space in both rows, with over 40 inches of legroom in the second row.

The LT trim adds 12-way power-adjustable front seats with heating and ventilation, along with heated rear seats and a heated steering wheel. A massive 17.7-inch infotainment touchscreen is mounted to the dashboard, featuring built-in Google software and wireless smartphone connectivity. It pairs with an 11-inch driver information center. The premium RST trim adds a 7-speaker Bose premium audio system, wireless phone charging, and a 14-inch Head Up Display.

Futuristic yet Functional Design

The Silverado EV is differentiated from its gas-powered counterpart by its sculpted front fascia and wrap-around LED lighting. All models are built as Crew Cab trucks with a 5-foot 11-inch bed. The innovative Multi-Flex Midgate, standard on RST and available in all others, increases cargo-carrying capabilities, allowing you to transport longer items without the need for a trailer. The available Multi-Flex Tailgate also increases cargo versatility with load stops, steps, and work surfaces.

The 2025 Silverado EV paves the way for a whole new generation of pickups that defy conventions and break boundaries using electric energy. Become a part of the electric revolution at Don Nester Chevrolet Roscommon in Roscommon, MI.
